Vessel takes a playful look at containment and the many things women carry: children, everyday belongings, and the less tangible weight of expectations. A face within a vessel-like form blurs the line between a person and a container, inviting the question: what do we hold, and how much are we expected to carry?
There’s humor in that ambiguity. Both thoughtful and a little absurd, Vessel approaches a familiar experience with curiosity and a light touch.
